Hawaii State Ballet to mark 25th anniversary

Hawaii State Ballet will mark its silver anniversary with two performances at 2 and 6 p.m. May 24 at Mamiya Theatre, Saint Louise School.
The local ballet studio, founded in 1983 by John Landovsky, focuses on classical ballet training, which provides the basis for alignment, placement, technique, strength and musicality.
Classes for beginner and advanced students are held to develop dancers who are both technically and artistically ready for national or international companies.
