Pineapple fest tomorrow includes parade, tours

Pineapple-themed recipes, free trolley tours and a parade are among the highlights of tomorrow's Annual Wahiawa Pineapple Festival.

The festival will be held 10 a.m. to 4 p.m. at Wahiawa District Park on California Avenue. The event will include a parade along California Avenue at 9 a.m., and pineapple-themed dishes from such restaurants as Alan Wong's, Roy's and The Poke Stop.

The event will also feature free narrated trolley tours of the Wahiawa area, "Walk Down Wahiawa Memory Lane" historic displays, live music, prize giveaways, children's games and keiki IDs provided by the police department's Wahiawa station.
