The Friends of Ko'olau Clubhouse will host a Hawaiian plate dinner and silent auction from 4 to 7 p.m. May 21 at the clubhouse, 46-016 Alaloa St. in Kane'ohe.

The event is in celebration of Mental Health Awareness Month and includes entertainment by the Ko'olau Clubhouse Band and Te Wananga Maori O Hawaii, a Maori dance and music group.

Proceeds from the event will pay for mental health services for individuals and families.
