Campbell High School's Saber Media Team picked up three awards in 'Olelo's Youth Xchange 2008 video competition last week at Ko Olina Resort.

The team won first place in the High School Division for its video, "I am." It also won the peacemaker award for its "Feelings Show" and the HI-5¢ Recycling category for "Turn Trash Into Cash."

The team is led by Evelyn Obamos, Sherwin Acidera and Erin Gamil.

In all, the Saber Media Team has won seven first-place state awards.
