The Friends of Hawai'i Kai Public Library Booksale will take place from 10 a.m. to 4 p.m. Saturday and Sunday at the library.

A large variety of used books, CDs and DVDs will be on sale in the meeting room, with most items selling for under $2. Shoppers are advised to come early for the best selection.

Proceeds will help fund library programs, and purchase equipment and informational materials.
