Great West Truck Show: Get away from the glitz and glamour and head down to the annual Great West Truck Show. Featuring Ride 'n' Drive demos, Truck Beauty competitions, Chrome Shop Mafia appearances and masses and masses of information about the ins and outs of truck driving; it's every boy's (big and small) dream. Las Vegas' Jazz Festival presents more than 25 bands and 220 performances over a three-day event, which promises to be big, loud and diverse. Showcasing music from the first 50 years of jazz history (1895-1945), the range includes blues, gospel, Latin jazz, swing, western swing, barbershop and zydeco. The bands have a suitably eclectic collection of names to match, from the Yankee Wailers to the Boondockers and Dog With A Bone. Performances are all within Fremont Street. "Ice: Direct From Russia" features stellar dance moves and amazing acrobatics.
