The U.S. Attorney for Hawai'i's office filed an order to dismiss without prejudice a criminal complaint against Kilimi Pa, Brandi Gouveia and Thomas James Samora.

A criminal complaint filed Thursday at federal court charged the three with knowingly and intentionally attempting to possess with the intent to distribute 916.1 grams of methamphetamine. The order to dismiss was filed later and noted that further investigation was necessary before proceeding with prosecution of the case.
