Kapolei Public Library's third annual Spring Reading Program for younger students runs from Monday to March 29.

Sponsored by the Friends of the Library Kapolei, the program is free and offered to children sixth grade and younger. Participants are eligible to win weekly prizes and bonus awards for reading. The two-week program is designed to develop a love of reading in children.
