WAI'ANAE COAST
Family-selection process for new homes begins

Advertiser Staff

As part of a family-selection process for a 31-home subdivision scheduled to break ground in September on the Wai'anae Coast, Habitat for Humanity Leeward O'ahu will hold three public information meetings this month.

The organization partners with low-income families that are ready and willing to accept the responsibility of home ownership, but who would not qualify for a traditional mortgage. Those interested in learning more and applying for a Habitat home are urged to attend one the following three meetings.

  • March 10, and March 24, from 5 to 7 p.m. at Kamehameha Schools Community Learning Center, 89-101 Farrington Highway in Nanakuli.

  • March 15, from 10 a.m. to noon at the Wai'anae District Park Multipurpose Room, 85-601 Farrington Highway in Wai'anae.
