Police today arrested a 57-year-old man for suspected drug offenses following a raid on his Makiki apartment.

The man was booked for three counts of third-degree promoting dangerous drug, one count of third-degree promoting detrimental drugs, two counts of fourth-degree promoting harmful drugs, possession of drug paraphernalia and two counts of possession of unregistered firearms.

The suspect was arrested at 2039 Young Street at 6:40 a.m. He was released pending further investigation at 12:15 p.m.

The man has three criminal convictions, none of them felonies.
