Dozens of people who've been living under Nimitz Highway are expected to be evicted from the area this morning.

The state issued trespass warnings on Friday, citing health and safety reasons.

State deputies are expected to arrive before 9 a.m. and enforce the eviction notices.

The state will then have a crew on hand to clean the area.
