The man who was found at the water's edge near Otsuka's in Kapa'a has been identified as Jules Ventura, 46, of Kapa'a.

Ventura's body was discovered on Friday by a person who was walking in the area at around 7:30 a.m.

Based on the initial investigation, police said there is no reason to believe that foul play

was involved.

An autopsy will be conducted.
