Rape suspect from Memphis arrested in Hawaii

A rape suspect from Memphis, Tenn., was arrested last week in Hawai'i by a federal-state-county law enforcement operation.
John Davis, 30, a Navy sailor, was arrested Friday on a warrant from Memphis on charges that he raped a young boy and held a gun to the child while he molested him.
Davis is being held at the Oahu Community Correctional Center while he faces hearings for extradition to Tennessee.
The Hawaii Fugitive Task Force led by the U.S. Marshal's office and the Naval Criminal Investigative Service made the arrest with the assistance of the Honolulu Police Department.
