ASHBURN, Va. — Second-round draft pick Devin Thomas has signed a four-year contract with the Washington Redskins.
Thomas, a wide receiver from Michigan State, was Washington's top selection in April's NFL draft, taken 34th overall. He was the second receiver taken in the draft, right after St. Louis took Donnie Avery of Houston.
The Redskins, who open training camp on Sunday, have now signed nine of their 10 draft choices, including another second-rounder Fred Davis from USC and sixth-rounder Colt Brennan from Hawaii.
They had no first-round pick.
