Surf: South shores 5-7 feet again today

Advertiser Staff

The surf along south-facing shores on O'ahu is expected to continue at 5 to 7 feet today, the National Weather Service said.

Elsewhere, the forecast calls for surf of 3 to 5 feet along west-facing shores, 2 to 4 feet along east-facing shores and 2 feet or less along north-facing shores.

Outlook through Wednesday, July 23: Surf along south-facing shores will slowly subside into the weekend but will be reinforced by a new south swell early next week. Strengthening trades will increase surf along east-facing shores. Otherwise, no significant swells are expected.
