James family funeral Monday in Kalihi

A funeral service for a Mililani Mauka family who died in a recent double murder-suicide will be held Monday at St. John the Baptist Catholic Church in Kalihi.

The service is for Michael Anthony James, 43, his 39-year-old wife Grineline Donato "Elaine" James, 39, and their son, Michael Anthony James II, 7.

Visitation is from 5-9 p.m. and mass at 7 p.m. The church is located at 2324 Omilu Lane. Casual attire. No flowers.

Michael Anthony James, an self-employed insurance broker, is survived by brothers Frank S. II and Charles, sisters Barbara Pope, Malbis B. Hunter and Wanda James Morse.

Grineline James, a Farrington High School teacher, is survived by mother Matilde Donato, brother Wilfred Donato, and sisters Wilma Donato Taylan and Gladys Donato.

Michael Anthony James II, born in Sanchez Mira, Cagayan, Philippines, was a student at St. John the Baptist Catholic School.
