A 40-year-old West Loch woman was granted a deferred acceptance of guilty plea today stemming from a fatal pedestrian accident in 'Ewa last year.

Seuing Yuen J.S. Chun was the motorist who struck jogger Floyd Girven, 75, who was in a crosswalk, on Renton Road near Auwaha Street on Jan. 12, 2007. Chun pleaded guilty to misdemeanor third-degree negligent homicide on May 20 and was sentenced today.
