Over the holiday weekend, more than 60 million barbecues were held. How can you make yours a little greener in the future? Elizabeth Rogers, author of "The Green Book," offers these tips: Buy fresh fruit instead of packaged. Do that for a year and you'll save more than 50 pounds of waste — and about $30.
