Nineteen people including four repeat offenders and three others who are 19 years old were charged with drunken driving between 7:30 p.m. yesterday and 7:10 a.m. today.

The repeated offenders charged with operating a vehicle under the influence of an intoxicant are Domingo R. Vasquez, 31; Ted W. Harris Jr., 37; Ronald W. Castanaga, 27, all who were released after posting $1,000 bail, and Ben Tayag Jr., 30.

Bail for the first-time offenders is $500 each.
