Suspect arrested in Waipahu attempted murder

A 24-year-old 'Ewa Beach man was arrested early today on suspicion of intentionally striking another man with a vehicle during an argument last night in Waipahu.
The suspect drove off from the Kahualua Street scene near Jack Hall Housing at 11:30 p.m. but was later located and arrested for investigation of attempted second-degree murder and an outstanding misdemeanor $150 warrant.
The injured man, 43, is at a unnamed hospital in stable condition, according to police.
