A Choral Evensong with Lenten music, including "Ne irascaris Domine" by William Byrd, will be sung by the Cathedral Choir under the direction of John Robert Renke.

Evensong, which has been sung in ccathedral churches for centuries, offers thanks for the day that is past and seeks the light of God's presence through the coming night.

The free service is 5:30 p.m. Sunday at St. Andrew's. It is held at the first Sunday of the month.
