Single-lane closures on Fort Weaver Road in the northbound direction between 'A'awa Drive and Honouliuli Stream Bridge are scheduled to run tomorrow through Friday from 9 a.m. to 1:30 p.m. daily.

The closures are needed as state road crews construct roadside drainage systems as part of the Fort Weaver widening project — widening the road from four lanes to six — that is expected to run through mid-2009.

Motorists are advised to use caution while driving through the area and to allow for extra travel time.
