LIHU'E – In observance of Presidents Day, County of Kaua'i offices will be closed Monday, along with all refuse transfer stations, Kekaha Landfill, Puhi Metals Recycling Center and the Kaua'i Resource Center.

Residential refuse pickup will continue as scheduled.

The Kaua'i Bus will be operating on a modified schedule on Presidents Day as well as on all other county holidays, with the exception of Thanksgiving, Christmas and New Year's Day.

Normal business operations will resume on Tuesday.
