LOS ANGELES — Woody Harrelson and his longtime love have officially wed.

A spokeswoman for Harrelson said the 47-year-old actor married his girlfriend of 20 years, Laura Louie, on Maui on Sunday.

The spokeswoman, Ina Treciokas, added that the ceremony was attended by family and friends.

Harrelson and Louie have three daughters. Harrelson's recent screen credits include "No Country for Old Men," "Semi-Pro" and "Seven Pounds."

'PHANTOM' SEQUEL TO BE TRIPLE DEBUT

LONDON — Composer Andrew Lloyd Webber says the long-awaited sequel to "Phantom of the Opera" should be ready at the end of 2009, with a possible simultaneous opening on three continents.

Lloyd Webber told The Times of London that he hopes the new musical, to be called "Phantom: Love Never Dies," will open in New York, London and possibly Shanghai or another Asian city.

"We've been into the feasibility of rehearsing three companies at once and opening very fast in the three territories," he said. "The one which really interests me would be China. I think to open 'Love Never Dies' in Shanghai would be an enormous thing."

He said the locale of the celebrated musical will be switched from the Paris Opera to New York's Coney Island. The sequel will be set about 10 years after the original, which has been seen by about 80 million theatergoers in 124 cities worldwide.

And who will play the Phantom? Lloyd Webber is keeping that secret for now.

BACON ALSO GOT TAKEN BY MADOFF

NEW YORK — Call it six degrees of Bernard Madoff.

Kevin Bacon and wife Kyra Sedgwick are among the many victims of the massive Ponzi scheme run by the disgraced New York money manager.

Bacon's publicist, Allen Eichhorn, confirmed yesterday that the couple had investments with Madoff. He wouldn't say how much money Bacon, whose most recent film is "Frost/Nixon," and "The Closer" star Sedgwick might have lost.

Madoff told federal investigators that his investment business was "a lie" that lost as much as $50 billion.

Other Hollywood victims have included a charity linked to director Steven Spielberg and his DreamWorks partner Jeffrey Katzenberg, and screenwriter Eric Roth, whose credits include "Forrest Gump" and "The Curious Case of Benjamin Button."

DMX PLEA DEAL IN DOG ABUSE, DRUGS

PHOENIX — DMX has reached a plea deal on multiple drug possession, theft and animal cruelty charges.

The rapper (real name: Earl Simmons) pleaded guilty yesterday to one misdemeanor count of animal cruelty, one felony count of theft, and one count each of felony possession of marijuana and a narcotic drug.

DMX, who appeared in handcuffs and wearing a black-and-white striped prison uniform, is expected to receive a minimum 90-day jail sentence as well as probation under terms of a plea agreement, according to the Maricopa County attorney's office. The 38-year-old rapper will remain in the county jail until his sentencing and won't be given credit for time served.

The animal cruelty and dangerous drugs charges stem from an August 2007 raid Maricopa County sheriff's deputies conducted at DMX's home in the Phoenix suburb of Cave Creek. Investigating a report of animal abuse, authorities found three dead dogs, guns, ammunition and drug paraphernalia.
