The Thai Mobile Consulate will be open 9 a.m. to 5 p.m. Dec. 20 and Dec. 21 at Wat Buddhajakramongkolvararam in Pearl City for the issuance and extension of electronic Thai passports, registration for Thai elections and other important information for the Thai community.

Wat Buddhajakramongkolvararam is at 872-A Second St.

Officials advise people to bring a Thai ID card with 13 code numbers, a house registration and birth certificate.
