The Honolulu Medical Examiner's office today conducted an autopsy on a woman whose body was recovered yesterday from the Honolulu Harbor channel but deferred on listing cause and manner of death.

Hong Cha Skinner, 68, of Kaka'ako is believed to have been in the water less than 24 hours, police said. The case is tentatively classified as an unattended death by police, who said there were no visible signs of foul play.
