McCully Street is closed in both directions between Citron and Waiola streets due to two utility poles being knocked down during a traffic collision, police said.

An Hawaiian Electric Co. repair crew has been dispatched to the scene, police said.

There were no critical injuries in the accident, which occurred at 3:04 a.m., fronting 829 McCully St.

No estimate was given on how soon the street will reopen.
