BANK OF HAWAII

Bank of Hawaii recently announced a number of promotions.

Debra "Debbie" Kenui has been promoted to vice president and cash management service manager. She was previously assistant vice president and cash management service supervisor.

LeAnn Piper recently was hired as vice president and senior trust officer in Bank of Hawaii's Personal Trust Department. Her duties include working with individuals, families and businesses to provide a full range of financial services.

Lynette Sakamoto has been promoted to vice president, responsible for overseeing the management and support of the trust accounting system, including analysis to enhance efficiency and internal controls to support the bank's investment services.

FIRST HAWAIIAN BANK

First Hawaiian Bank has announced the following management promotions:

Glenn Fukuda has been promoted to vice president, Controller's Division.

Cynthia Yamasaki has joined the bank as vice president in the Human Resources Division.

Bernadette Gaspar has been promoted to vice president and centralized flooring operations manager, Hawaii Dealer Division.

Brent Helgeson has been promoted to senior vice president and deputy division manager.

PRINCE RESORTS HAWAII

Akemi Kurokawa has been appointed director of the board and senior vice president of Prince Resorts Hawaii Inc., a new holding company that consolidates operations of the four Prince hotels and golf courses and residential services division under one umbrella organization. Kurokawa was previously president of Seibu Inc., which has now merged into PRHI.

Under the new structure, Kurokawa also will serve as the president of Maui Prince Hotel, Hawaii Prince Hotel Waikiki and Mauna Kea Resort. Among his responsibilities will be overseeing capital expenditure programs for each hotel.

COMMERCIAL DATA SYSTEMS

MARK GILBERT has been appointed president of Commercial Data Systems, the largest computer consulting company in Hawai'i.

Former CDS President Mark Wong will remain as CEO.
