The northbound right lane of Kamehameha Highway between Waikalani Drive and Kahelu Avenue in the Mililani-Wheeler Air Field area will be closed from 8:30 a.m. to 3 p.m. todaythrough Friday.

The state Department of Transportation is conducting pavement resurfacing, pavement work and shoulder-widening in the area.

During this time, all lanes in the southbound direction between Santos Dumont Avenue and Lehua Road will be closed for pavement resurfacing. Southbound traffic between Kahelu Avenue and Lehua Road will be contraflowed, using one northbound lane.

Motorists are advised to use caution while driving through the work area and to allow for extra travel time. Roadwork is weather-permitting.
