A tow wagon was en route to a minor traffic collision on the H-1 Freeway west-bound at the Waikele offramp, which caused some slowing at the start of today's peak afternoon traffic period.

The collision was reported at 3:47 p.m.

Police reported no other serious problems on Honolulu's roadways.
