A child pulled from waters at Pearl Harbor on April 7 after wandering off at a church outing died Tuesday night at The Queen's Medical Center.

The Honolulu medical examiner's office yesterday identified the victim as Rechie Shirai, 4.

An autopsy concluded that the child died of brain damage caused by a near-drowning.
