A traffic signal problem caused slowing on Kalaniana'ole Highway at Wailupe Circle at the start of today's afternoon rush-hour traffic period at 4 p.m.

The signal problem was reported at 3:07 p.m. Police were still directing traffic at the location at 4:10 p.m.

Police reported no serious collisions on Honolulu roadways.
