The Board of Education's Committee on Budget and Fiscal Responsibility will be meeting at 3 p.m. today at the Queen Lili'uokalani Building.

The committee is expected to take up several agenda items including a discussion on the Education Department's operating and capital improvement project supplemental requests to the state Legislature.

Members are also expected to hear an update from education officials regarding teacher and employee drug testing.

The meeting will be held in room 404 of the Queen Lili'uokalani Building on Miller Street.
