Sub-Zero/Wolf in Hawaii breaks ground tomorrow on an 11,000-square-foot warehouse and distribution center on 'Akoki Street in the Mill Town light industrial section of Waipahu.

The order desk and parts departments for customers and service providers will relocate from the Hono-lulu showroom at the corner of Pi'ikoi and King streets to the new facility when it is completed in May 2008. The warehouse will also serve as the Sub-Zero/Wolf's distribution center for its appliances, accessories and parts statewide. Customers will be able to pick up purchased items at the site.

The Honolulu showroom will remain open; there will not be one in Waipahu.
