Special traffic and parking arrangements will be in effect for former Mayor Eduardo Malapit's funeral from 9 a.m. to 2 p.m. tomorrow at St. Raphael's Church.

Parking will be at Koloa Ball Park, with shuttles to the church beginning at 8:30 a.m. Those with special needs will be accommodated at the church on a space-available basis. There will be no parking on Hapa Road from 8 a.m. to 2 p.m.

Immediately after the service, family members will be transported by bus to the church cemetery for private burial. Buses will be parked on the shoulder of Koloa Road, so from 2 to 4 p.m. westbound traffic will be diverted to Omao Road.
