"A Taste of Kalihi" has been rescheduled for Sept. 29.

The event was originally scheduled for tomorrow.

"A Taste of Kalihi," set to run from 10 a.m. to 9 p.m., will be held along Colburn Street near Dillingham Plaza. In addition to food, it will feature, games, dozens of booths, a car show and free entertainment.

The event is aimed at helping to revitalize Kalihi's business district. Proceeds from the event will go to Weed and Seed and the Filipino Chamber of Commerce.

Highlights of the event will include an attempt to create Hawai'i's largest electric slide and honoring Farrington High alumni.
