KAIMUKI
School's annual food drive on

Advertiser Staff

Liholiho Elementary School students and teachers will hold their annual food drive this week.

The public is encouraged to drop off canned or nonperishable foods at the school through Friday.

The food will be donated to Aloha Harvest, a nonprofit that feeds about 40,000 people monthly through more than 105 charitable agencies.

The annual food drive is held every October to help support Aloha Harvest as the holidays near.

The public can drop off food from 8 a.m. to 3 p.m. this week in room G-8 at the school, at 3430 Maunaloa Ave. For more information, call Liholiho Elementary at 733-4850.
