ROYAL LAHAINA DEVELOPMENT GROUP

Veteran developer JACK HUNN recently joined Royal Lahaina Development Group as executive vice president. He has been with Vail Resorts Development Co., Colorado, for more than 25 years, most recently as senior vice president of design, construction and development, where he oversaw development of more than 450 projects for the company's five ski resorts and numerous hotels.

Hunn has extensive experience in developing luxury residences, hotels, spas and clubs as well as high-end restaurants and retail shops. He began his development career with Beaver Creek Resort, a year-round ski resort in Vail and has served as chairman and member of the Planning and Zoning Commission of Avon, Colo.; vice chairman of the Design Review Board for Beaver Creek Resort, and vice president of the board of Home Builders Association, Eagle Valley.

Royal Lahaina Development Group, involved in development of the Villas at Royal Lahaina luxury condominium project, evolved from Pleasant Travel Service Inc., a company founded in 1959 by Edward J. and Lynn Hogan, parents of the development group's president, Gary Hogan. Edward Hogan serves as chief executive officer of the firm.

TURTLE BAY RESORT

RENEE BRENNER, who joined Turtle Bay Resort last year as assistant controller, has been promoted to controller. She joins the Turtle Bay property following a $70 million hotel renovation.

HAWAI'I IPTV

Local entertainers DANNY KALEIKINI and AL HARRINGTON have been named to the board of advisers of Hawai'i IPTV, a global Hawai'i television network delivering programming live, and on demand, to televisions around the world, via Internet. The service, launched this year, allows subscribers to view Hawai'i broadcasts on TV globally. Kaleikini and Harrington will serve as promotional spokespersons.
