Honolulu police last night were investigating two deaths in different parts of O'ahu.
The body of an unidentified man was found floating in Lake Wilson about 4:30 p.m. yesterday, police said.
A Fire Department spokesman said the body was retrieved by rescue workers after a caller reported seeing it in the water from his Wilikina Drive home.
Police last night were working to identify the man, whose body did not include any identification. However, police said the man's clothing was similar to those of an 18-year-old man, Abraham Cabral, who was reported missing in the area last week.
Meanwhile, East Honolulu police and detectives were trying to identify a man whose body was found on the slopes of Diamond Head about 5:30 p.m.
A Fire Department spokesman said that body was recovered from an area about 20 feet below the Diamond Head lighthouse after it was discovered by a passer-by.
Police said the body appeared to have been in the area for some time, making identification difficult.
Both cases were classified as unattended deaths last night, according to the Police Department's Criminal Investigations Division. Autopsies are planned in both cases, police said.
