A Honolulu Advertiser book fair to benefit the American Diabetes Association takes place from 7:30 a.m. to 1:30 p.m. today in the second-floor production conference room of the newspaper's print/distribution facility.

Books up to 70 percent below retail will be available. Selections include a wide range of subjects, including educational and children's titles, as well as gift items.

Free parking is available in the rear of the building on 4545 Kapolei Parkway. A valid identification and sign-in are required for entry at the front security desk.
