Veteran member Rich Hargrave was voted chairman of the 'Ewa Neighborhood Board at its regular meeting last week.

The new vice chairman is Tom Berg, while Garry Smith is the secretary, Scott Belford is the treasurer and Clay Ah Soon is sergeant-at-arms.

The nine members present voted several times before Hargrave won a majority. Others receiving votes were Belford, Berg and Jeff Alexander.

Former board chairman Kurt Fevella was not reelected during the recent election.

The board, meanwhile, is seeking to fill a vacancy in District 2, which covers the northern portion of 'Ewa.
