TONIGHT'S MUST-SEE

"Concert for Diana," 7 p.m., NBC. Sunday would have been the 46th birthday of Diana, Princess of Wales. Now, almost 10 years after her death, her sons set up this memorial concert. Diana was a rock-pop fan, so the plan was to involve some of her favorites. That includes Elton John and Duran Duran. Still, other performers are clearly from her sons' generation. At the time of Diana's death, Natasha Bedingfield was 15, Lily Allen was 12 and Joss Stone was 10. They're all scheduled to perform. Others include Kanye West, Tom Jones, Nelly Furtado, Bryan Ferry, Rod Stewart, Pharrell Williams and more.

"Titanic" (1997), 4, 8 p.m., TBS. When the American Film Institute updated its list of the 100 best American movies, this was at No. 83. This film has more than great special effects. James Cameron wrote a smart script, then directed great work from Leonardo DiCaprio and Kate Winslet.

OF NOTE

"Dateline," 6 p.m., NBC. As a prelude to the concert, here's a rerun of Matt Lauer's interview with Diana's sons, William and Harry. They come across as likable lads, but in opposite ways: William, heir to the throne, seems solid and sturdy; Harry seems like a fun guy. And that reflects the previous generation, when dad Charles was the solid one.

"The Loop," 7, 8:30 and 9:30 p.m., Fox. This fairly funny comedy gets the bum's rush, with its final three episodes shown in one spurt. All center on Sam, a young airline executive. In the first, he'll get a key business meeting if he sets up a date with Darcy and Derek. In the second, he angers a group of plus-sized people then must wear a fat suit on a plane. In the third, he snubs Meryl then must get back in her favor.

"The Simpsons," 8 p.m., Fox. Homer tries to revive Marge's beloved vacation spot.

"Mystery: Foyle's War: Bleak Midwinter," 8 p.m., PBS. When two women are killed, Foyle suspects the cases are linked. He must rush the investigation, because his colleague, Sgt. Milner, is a suspect.

"Cold Case," 8 p.m., CBS. Lily's boyfriend asks her to re-open a 2003 case in which an autistic boy saw his parents killed.

"Without a Trace," 9 p.m., CBS. A young mother, who only has a month to live, disappears.
