The Makakilo/Kapolei/Honokai Hale Neighborhood Board will meet at 7 p.m. today in the Kapolei High School cafeteria.

On the agenda is a presentation by developer D.R. Horton's Schuler Division about its proposed 1,600-acre Ho'opili housing and commercial project in 'Ewa.

There also will be discussion about the proposed bio-diesel manufacturing facility at Kalaeloa Harbor and legislative bills to add criminal penalties for off-road driving on public lands.
