Hawaiian Airlines had the nation's second best on-time performance in December at 90.1 percent, but led all carriers for on-time performance for 2006, according to the report. For the full year, 93.8 percent of Hawaiian's flights were on schedule, marking the third year in a row it led the industry for on-time performance.

Aloha Airlines began reporting its on-time record in April and did not report full-year results.
