The public is invited to celebrate the holidays Sunday at Washington Place with free guided tours and performances from "The Nutcracker Suite."

Tours will be available from 5:30 p.m. to 8:30 p.m.

From 7 p.m. to 7:30 p.m., Ballet Hawaii youngsters will perform.

Lt. Gov. James "Duke" Aiona will be on hand to greet attendees.

Adults who attend the event will be required to show photo ID and may be subject to a bag inspection. Free parking for the event will be available at the state Department of Health parking lot. Enter the lot from Miller Street.
