A&B PROPERTIES INC.

Robin James has joined A&B Properties Inc. as asset manager. She brings extensive experience in the management of real estate leases and facilities to the real estate subsidiary of Alexander & Baldwin Inc. James, who will be based in Sacramento, Calif., will be responsible for assisting with the management of A&B Properties' 5.2 million square feet of retail, office and industrial properties on the Mainland.

KOKO MARINA CENTER

Koko Marina Center has promoted Suzie Setzler from property manager to general manager. Setzler is in charge of managing capital improvement projects, tenant and customer relations and day-to-day operations.

HAWAIIAN AIRLINES

Hawaiian Airlines has announced the promotions of Radford Park, Kina Sai and Scott Witter to senior managers for customer experience, responsible for overseeing the airline's operations and customer-oriented services for trans-Pacific and interisland flights at the Honolulu hub. Park will lead the operational staff for customer service and ramp services. Sai will direct customer service operations at check-in, the boarding gates and baggage claim. Witter will be responsible for ramp and baggage-handling services.

HAWAII PACIFIC UNIVERSITY

Violet Loo, wife of the late Paul Loo, has been elected a trustee of Hawai'i Pacific University.

Coldwell Banker Pacific Properties Realtor B.J. Allen has been installed as the 2008 president of the Hawaii Aloha Chapter of Certified Residential Specialists. Allen has more than 25 years of residential real estate experience. She has received multiple awards for service and sales production, including 1994 Realtor of the Year in Maryland.

HAWAII HABITAT FOR HUMANITY ASSN.

Hawaii Habitat for Humanity Association has appointed Rike Weiss housing campaign coordinator, with responsibilities for social marketing, public education on self-help housing issues and promotion of the statewide efforts of HHHA. The association also has appointed Mandy Jansen operations manager.
