The county has announced several changes in the hours of operation for various HI-5¢ recycling redemption centers on Kaua'i.

At the Kapahi and Nawiliwili redemption centers, recycling will begin at 9 a.m. and run to 5 p.m. Tuesday to Saturday, with the period from noon to 1:30 p.m. closed.

The Lawa'i recycling center will have reduced hours. It will be open from 8 a.m. to noon on Wednesdays and Saturdays.
