The Pacific Whale Foundation is offering free one-hour ocean cruises to members and Hawai'i residents on Earth Day, Sunday.

The nonprofit organization also is sponsoring an Earth Day celebration from 11:30 a.m. to 4 p.m. at its Discovery Center in the Harbor Shops at Ma'alaea, with displays, keiki crafts and activities and free movies, including the Academy Award-winning documentary "An Inconvenient Truth."

Those who arrive via the Maui Bus or bicycle will be entered in a free raffle for ocean-themed gifts, clothing and energy-saving devices.
