HAWAI'I KAI
Recycling focus of discussion

Advertiser Staff

Honolulu Mayor Mufi Hannemann will hold a community recycling meeting from 7 to 8:30 p.m. April 24 at Kaiser High School's cafeteria.

Because of the meeting, the monthly Hawai'i Kai Neighborhood Board meeting has been rescheduled for 7 p.m. May 1 at the Haha'ione Elementary School cafeteria.

At the recycling meeting, the city will present data on the composition of O'ahu's waste stream and an analysis of current and proposed programs.

Residents are urged to participate in the discussion on recycling.
