KEY HOUSE VOTES
1. 2008 Congressional Budget Resolution
The House on Thursday passed, 216-210, a nearly $3 trillion resolution for the congressional budget for fiscal year 2008. The measure includes a cap of $1.1 trillion on discretionary spending, which is about $25 billion more than President Bush asked for, but put off the question of extending tax cuts that expire in 2010.
